Performance Parts Gabelbrücke zu verkaufen

I want to buy the whole Steering yoke (I am from the netherlands but i can't really speak german, so i prefere english).

There is only 1 thing i would like 2 know. Does the upper yoke fit on normal 1999 rs 250 forklegs?

The steering yoke includes:
top yoke
bottum yoke
bolts
(blue stuff included?)
