    Hat jemand vom RG500 Motorgehäuse ein 3D Scan gemacht.
    Oder eine STL -Datei oder 3D-Datei.

    It' my project with the help of my friend Francis Payart (FPE engineering) who lend me his own sand molds from his 250 superkart top engine.
    I could explain the project if you want. I make slow progress until now.
    Now cylinders are casted with transfers ports mods to fit the cases, they are close to be finished (power valve is machined this week, it is the last operation I cannot perform by myself with my manual milling machine). Within 2 weeks the cylinders will go to nickasil plating (Revaltec company in France).
    Also news heads have been casted with small mods for water out hose plug. They are finished.
    I could share pictures if some are interested.

    RG 500 prototype with YZ 125 2005 barrels nearly ready.
    New RG500 engine project started with new casted FPE cylinders, new gearbox close ratio design.
